Contribute up to 2% from your Income Tax (GPM) from salary paid in Lithuania in 2018 to Fintech Hub LT

We kindly invite you to contribute to the association “Fintech Hub LT” by dedicating up to 2% from your personal income tax paid in 2018 (applicable to all employees officially employed in Lithuania).
You can do this online by declaring your last year's earnings by 2019-05-02:

Step 1:

Log in to the Electronic Declaration System (EDS): https://sso.vmi.lt/sso/login?TARGET=https%3a%2f%2fdeklaravimas.vmi.lt%2flt%2fDeklaravimas%2fFormu_teikimas%2fPreliminariosDeklaracijos%2fGPM308.aspx 

Step 2:

​Select "Deklaracija" (Declaration) in the top horizontal EDS menu, then "Fill form" in the left vertical menu.

Step 3:

Select „Prašymas skirti paramą“ (Request to allocate support)

Step 4:

Complete Form FR0512 v.3 directly on the EDS Portal.

Step 5:

Fill in the form with personal data and fill in the fields marked with the (!) Fields:
     (!) 5 Tax Period - 2018
     (!) 6S I allocate part of the tax to the beneficiaries - ✔
     (!) E1 Beneficiary Type - 2 [Paramos gavėjas]
     (!) E2 Beneficiary identification number (code) - 304701279
     (!) E3 Purpose of the Fee - Asociacija Fintech Hub LT
     (!) E4 Fee (%) - up to 2.00
     (!) E5 Period - at the latest by 2022

After filling out the form, click "Pateikti" (Submit) in the upper right corner. Thank you!
