Represent and advocate the interests of the Association members
Measures:

• Be actively engaged in the legislative process by proposing initiatives relevant to creating favourable regulatory conditions for the Association members.
• Initiate regular meetings with Fintech industry participants as well as governmental & supervisory institutions in order to oversee and influence key regulatory changes.
• Be actively engaged in working groups and advisory committees.

KPIs:

• Member satisfaction of Association’s activities.
• Percentage of Association’s proposals that were granted out of the total amount of proposals.

Enhance reputation of the Fintech sector
Measures:

• Act as the link between the Fintech market participants and:
  • The local authorities (BoL, FNTT, VMI, etc.)
  • The other market participants (traditional banks, insurance companies, credit unions, etc.);
• Act as knowledge sharing platform (arrange workshops, trainings, events).
• Participate in the industry events and key discussions.
• Initiate case studies & analyses to propose industry standards & good practices.
• Reinforce the relationships between the financial market participants (inside & outside the Fintech Ecosystem) including relationships with other local and international Fintech associations.​
  

KPIs:

• An increase of Members’ annual income.
• Proportion of positive messages about the Fintech sector vs the negative messages in local and international media.
• No. of trainings and the level of satisfaction.
• Inclusion of Fintech in the political programmes (KPI for 2024 Parliamentary election).
• No. of analytical material prepared by the Association.
