I have been the Board Member of the Fintech Hub LT since it is incorporation in 2017. During these years the association grew greatly - from 7 initial members to around 70 members and 14 partners. I still strongly believe there is much more work to do - Fintech Hub LT can easily be the biggest and most recognized Fintech association within the Baltics region. |

Active board member helping build the association from the beginning to the extent we are now - seen as an essential stakeholder for governmental institutions and regulators. Started self-regulation, AML group initiative in the association. I am a Fintech regulatory expert with knowledge in Fintech Business, products, regulatory, legal requirements |
To continue the initiatives that were started and need more support in several years - to be even more positively seen and heard by community and governmental institutions. To continue with the self-regulatory topic, to continue the initiative and implement Fintech training course for staff of the members, to continue the cooperation with the governmental institutions in regards AML and sanction compliance, legal requirements adequacy to the level of EU requirements, helping Fintech community to mature most safely and smoothly. To help to ensure ,,Fintech licensed in Lithuania" is the highest quality mark. |

I am proud to be part of a highly talented and experienced team - aiming to resolve complexities of cross-border payments, thus easing access to Fast-Growing & Emerging markets for PSPs and their merchants. My experience in business development, marketing and change management with an emphasis on digital channels, spans over 10+ years in different industries: tech, media, telecommunications. I've been known to be the person to go to, when companies face digital transformation challenges. I've successfully led the Marketing & Business Development divisions of the Top Tech companies and Startups, co-founded mobile centric software development company deverium and the largest Innovation & Tech Festival in Baltics LOGIN. I'm an active part of Lithuanian tech community, namely as the ambassador at the WomenGoTech mentorship initiative, where I aim to inspire budding tech professionals and entrepreneurs. |
I am acting as an active Ambassador for Tech community in Lithuania and believe that my experience will add an additional value towards pushing Fintech agenda not only for Fintech Hub community members but Lithuania in general. |

Initiated establishment of AML working group within FinTech Hub LT from the beginning and actively participating it its activity. |
I strongly believe that FinTechs should be united (and the best approach is Association) and only this could help us to be visible and to ensure that Government bodies and Regulators listening us and take into consideration our opinion. |
