In order to facilitate cooperation between the members of the Fintech HUB LT, common contribution to the goals of the Association, communication, the Association has established a number of working groups. Working groups are formed from the persons delegated by the members of the association.

Purpose and goals: 1. Collect and share legislation and compliance best practices and keep information in one place. 2. Organise trainings and meetings in which regulatory authorities and Association members, share knowledge about compliance-related topics. 3. Engage in the development and change of the legislation. 4. Actively cooperate with the regulator on practical aspects in compliance with the regulatory requirements. Purpose and goals: 1. To share information in regards of (A) cybersecurity (news, vulnerabilities, tools), governance (various standards, requirements of BoL and other entities), (B) incident communication (if one Fintech is being attacked – information can be shared so that others prepare for possible attack and prevent incidents). 2. Purpose and goals: 1. The Group is dedicated to fostering collaboration, innovation, and growth within the fintech industry. Its primary purpose is to provide a platform for CEOs and leaders in the fintech sector to come together, share insights, and address common challenges facing the industry. 2. By leveraging the collective expertise and resources of its members, the CEO Group aims to drive forward initiatives that promote technological advancements, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business practices. 3. Through strategic partnerships and cross-sectoral dialogue, the group endeavors to position Fintech Hub LT as a hub of excellence and thought leadership in the global fintech landscape, ultimately contributing to the long-term success and resilience of the industry as a whole.
